Stacy Van Meter is an innovative, experienced recruitment and brand leader. A passionate entrepreneur, she has spent most of her career working in newly created or undefined roles.

In her current role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Employment Brand for Deluxe Corporation, she is leading the development and execution of their recruitment marketing and professional global hiring strategy.

As the Director of New Media Services for United HealthCare, she created and launched one of the first nation-wide healthcare Ecommerce websites.  After consulting on how to develop, market and sell Internet products, she moved on to the challenge of building best in class recruiting operations for 3M and several small technology start-ups.
