Lisa-Anne Ferris, Ph.D. is the Director of Client Success for Wiley | Education Services. As Director, Lisa-Anne promotes the use of educational benefits as a key L&D strategy. By providing degree pathways and educational opportunities to the workforce, her goal is to collectively bridge the gaps between academia, skills training, and employer outcomes.
Lisa-Anne’s background includes Online Education Management and Teaching, Workforce Development, and HR/Organization Development. Her experiences in these fields allows for the creation, implementation, and scale of products, policies and best practices that benefit adult learners to ultimately aid in degree completion and career progression.
She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership and Organization Development.
