After spending 12 years at Citizens Bank, Heather joined TD's Talent Acquisition team as the Service Delivery Lead in the US. In this role, she is responsible for the strategy and delivery of all recruiting needs, build outs, and hiring targets across the US market, including partnering with other Centers of Excellence on vendor management, social media, and labor/market intel tools. With nearly 20 years of Talent Acquisition experience and the assistance of her incredibly talented team, they've been successful in hiring over 12,000 Colleagues per year, while rolling out a newly aligned recruitment team to support a scalable work model and implemented best practice behaviors to support a consistent approach among all the US Delivery team members.
