As a talent management and employee experience practitioner for over 10 years, Liz has a true passion for marrying the art and science of psychology with an organization's context to ensure leaders and employees have the right tools at the right time for sustainable change. Liz earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, where she also completed her M.A., and also holds a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo.
