Throughout her tenure, she advised, developed, and delivered solutions for executive selection, executive team development, high potential calibration sessions, high potential development programs, as well as selection-based research studies. Her experience spans a diverse set of industries including finance, insurance, healthcare, transportation, retail, energy, and education.

Miranda moved into her role as the Head of Business Development to expand Hogan’s reputation as the assessment leader in the talent management industry. Her previous experience in sales leadership combined with her experience designing and delivering strategic assessments solutions provides her with the expertise to provide thought leadership and talent management strategies, promote Hogan Assessment Systems, and build Hogan’s reputation of excellence across industries and the globe.
