Tony Le,

TAMPA, Fla. — Two new speakers were recently added to IQPC’s HR Tech Exchange in Dallas, Dec. 10-12.

Tony Le, Senior Director of Global Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisition, leads recruiting, staffing and HR operations at IAC Publishing.

IAC is the parent company of some of the most in-demand digital properties, including The Daily Beast, Investopedia, and About.com. Its media and Internet portfolio includes Vimeo, CollegeHumor, HomeAdvisor and dating sites Tinder, Match.com and OkCupid, among others. A portfolio company, IAC brands collectively bring $3 billion in annual revenue and receive more than one billion monthly page visits.

Le will participate in the panel titled “Reimagine the Candidate Journey: How Chatbots, Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality are Ramping Up the Speed of Recruitment.”

As a sought-after speaker at conferences such as HR Tech and LinkedIn Talent Connect, Le believes hiring is the most important thing a company can do. To source and recruit, he uses several of the latest HR Tech recruiting tools that utilize artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, machine learning and powerful social media sourcing. He is an expert in the modern recruiting field, focusing on candidate experience, employer branding, social network hiring, advanced search methods, headcount management, global hiring strategy and compensation management.

Kristen Hayward, Global Vice President of Recruiting at Flexport will join the panel titled “Women, Tech & HR: How Female Leaders are Building the Future of Work.”

Flexport is a tech start-up that aims to be the “Uber of the Seas” and modernize freight shipping for the Internet age. In just three years, Hayward has used new recruiting technology and a highly content-driven employer branding strategy to grow the company to 300 employees across the globe. The company has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Shenzen, New York and Atlanta.

Funded by $94 million of investment from Google Ventures, Bloomberg Beta and Y Combinator, Flexport’s business model disrupts the global freight trade, much of which is still managed through fax machines and printed spreadsheets.  Flexport’s unique business model connects air and ocean freight, trucking, warehouse shipments and customs brokerage into an elegant app that allows customers to book shipments, visualize their supply chain and track global freight movements in real-time.

Prior to Flexport, Hayward worked as a talent advisor at Charles Schwab, the banking and brokerage firm, and Zenefits, an HR Technology company.
