Answer this Question
We recently hired a college grad and find that her choices in clothing are rather strange and unusual for working in a professional office. It is not provocative in any way, and she is not violating our dress code policy, however, a lot of the time her outfits are too "e;fancy"e; for the office, as if she is going to a nightclub or cocktail party. Or sometimes her clothing is mismatched, for example, a nice suit jacket paired with a ragged t-shirt underneath and very causal pants (capris). Any advice on how to communicate to her, what appropriate professional dress attire is, without offending her completely? Thank you.
