Aryeh Lehrer

VP of Talent Attraction and Acquisition Comcast

Lehrer serves as Vice President of Talent Attraction and Acquisition at Comcast. In this role he leads the strategy and execution of internal and external attraction, recruitment, and career mobility initiatives. Nationally, his team is responsible for more than 12,000 annual hires across all levels and business functions. Aryeh Prior to joining Comcast, he held roles in HR Leadership at various telecommunications providers. Aryeh has been recognized as an ICIMS Talent Innovator, OnCon Top 50 Talent Professional, Canvas Top 100 DE&I Leader to Follow, and Handshake Early Talent Award recipient. He was recently featured as a speaker at the 2023 Unleash HR and HR Insights Conferences. In addition to his work at Comcast Aryeh is active in board service as the Vice Chair of the Florida Atlantic University Alumni Board of Directors, Advisory Board Member for the School of Communication and Multimedia Studies, and Board Director for The National Diversity Council. He is an alumnus of FAU where he obtained his B.A.in Communications and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and was recently honored as the 2023 Distinguished Alumni for the Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters.
