Ken has spent the past 10 years in a variety of HR leadership roles; with experience across HRBP, Executive Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition, HR Programs and more. The past five years of Ken’s experience has being spent leading HR Service Delivery, Technology and Analytics teams in the Software industry. He is currently the head of Workforce Intelligence for Ansys Inc; which is a global Engineering Simulation Software company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA.
