Lisa Hirsch

Lisa Hirsch is the Director of Total Rewards at Brother International Corporation, a leader in the Consumer Electronics space.  In this capacity, Mrs. Hirsch has responsibility for the strategy, design and communication of the company’s Total Rewards programs, including compensation, variable pay, retirement programs, health and welfare, work/life and wellness initiatives.  With nearly 20 years of benefits and compensation experience, Mrs. Hirsch has provided Total Rewards leadership to global organizations including, most recently, PVH Corp.
