Francesco joined P&G more than 20 years ago and currently works in Global Talent Development as global leader for learning technologies and innovation strategy, having spent almost 14 years learning, leadership development and coaching as a facilitator, designer, internal consultant and executive coach. Francesco's passion for the future drove him to explore how emerging technologies can help talents to learn and perform better.

He says he is still on the journey and has learned a lot, made mistakes and gained some understanding of how bringing innovation to learning can be helpful, intriguing and incredibly complex, having a PhD in mistakes and learning from them.

Away from work he is a father to two marvellous kids, living in Rome with his children and partner, a fellow 'P&Ger'.
