12:00 PM PANEL: Inclusive HR: Championing Allyship for Empowered Teams

Human Resources has an obligation to help people forge bonds that will enable them to work together toward a shared mission and garner better results. At a time when many people from underrepresented groups feel under attack, HR can help build bridges by teaching people how to be good allies and create a more inclusive culture that is welcoming to all. In this session, panelists will discuss their own experiences with improving communication, helping people understand what they can do to support colleagues who might feel marginalized, and how to give people a sense of belonging.

During this conversation, you will learn:

  • The power of being able to bring your true self to work
  • What it takes to be a good ally
  • Actionable steps to help individuals feel comfortable and included
