Shruti has 16+ years of HR experience across a variety of roles including Learning, Talent Management, Wellbeing, DE&I, HR Business partnering and Organization Transformation. She has worked across India and Australia and has now been with Unilever Australia for 7 years. While she loves partnering business teams to help drive their business and people agenda, Shruti’s passion lies in driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, which she currently leads for Unilever ANZ.

On a personal front, Shruti gets her energy from spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, doing yoga, and staying connected with friends & family all over the world!
