Wanda Cole-Frieman

Wanda Cole-Frieman is the Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition for CommonSpirit Health (formerly Dignity Health). She is responsible for the design, development and implementation of an effective enterprise-wide program to source and attract exceptional talent.

Believing that giving back to the community is important, Ms. Cole-Frieman currently serves on the several mon-profit boards.

Ms. Cole-Frieman holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College, Columbia University. She is married and is the proud mother of high school twins. She is an avid soccer player, enjoys running, travel, and entertaining family and friends.
