Casper Moerck has an established global career as a leader in
the learning space. He has consulted on learning, training and onboarding for
large companies for years and has worked in the renewable energy sector for
companies like Vestas, being responsible for global new hire onboarding as well
as training for the Northern European region.
His career has exposed him to most aspects of learning from
instructional design of new hire programs, sales, LEAN and leadership programs
to strategy development, learning process & infrastructure
optimization and corporate university development.
He currently works for Siemens, where he is responsible for
Infrastructure & Learning Technology in The Americas. Casper holds a
Masters degree in Psychology and Business Administration from University of
Roskilde in Denmark
