Brian Walsh is a lifelong learner—it’s what gets him up in the morning and keeps him up at night. Frustrated with the familiar way of running projects and missing the true voice of his customer,  he immersed himself in Agile and Design Thinking practices and re-imagined how Fifth Third Bank could do their work in a new, responsive, customer-centric way. Brian is a Doctor of Music Theory from the Ohio State University, holds several certifications in Design Thinking, a pop-culture enthusiast, and caretaker of dogs, cats, horses, potbellied pigs, and chickens on his “self-funded” animal rescue with his spouse Danielle.
