Grace Nakar is a unique HR Leader who combines extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, and organization development with her current specializations in diversity & inclusion (D&I) and human-centered design (HCD) learning. In 7 years, she played an enterprise role creating more than a dozen D&I learning solutions. Her passion for innovating in D&I is now intersecting with HCD.

Innovation is one of the 6 enterprise-wide goals in Wells Fargo, which states “Through innovative thinking, industry-leading technology, and a willingness to test and learn, we create lasting value for customers – and increased efficiency for our operations.”

In 2018, she set up LUMA Institute’s HCD certification training and LUMA Workplace (online resource site for innovation methodologies) for enterprise-wide access. She partners with the Wells Fargo Design Council and the Design@WellsFargo community in sustaining the momentum of HCD under the wider umbrella of innovation.

She has an M.A. in Organization Development & Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, where she researched the intersection of D&I with vertical development. She is an ICF-certified executive coach, with specialization in intercultural competence tools.
