Mr Sean Goh

Sean Goh is the Executive Director & Head of People Planning, Human Resources for Asia and Oceania at Mizuho Bank. Before joining Mizuho Bank, he was the group head of talent management at DBS Bank where he started his banking career as a management trainee and also worked as an assistant treasurer (investments). Previously he held leadership roles with the Singapore Government, a global conglomerate and big 4 consulting firms working with clients across the public, private and people sectors. Certified in data analytics and human-centered design thinking, he holds a BA (economics & mathematics) from the National University of Singapore, MA (human resources) from the George Washington University and attended the Stanford Executive Program (international management).
