Lynne is a Vice President of Customer Success with Gartner TalentNeuron where she has spent the past three years advising TalentNeuron clients on leveraging Talent Market Intelligence to advance their business and talent strategies, as well as building the TalentNeuron business by leading the Customer Success and Research teams.  Prior to joining TalentNeuron, Lynne served on the Advisory and Research teams of Gartner’s HR practice for 16 years in both the US and UK offices, advising Heads of HR, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and other senior HR leaders at Fortune 500 organizations.  Lynne has also served as a speaker on a variety of HR topics at numerous industry and client conferences across the US, UK, Europe and South Africa.
