Senior People and Communities Director Cisco

Liz Brown is a Senior Director leading the America’s region. In this role, Liz has regional responsibilities for Canada, Latin America, and the United States for Sales. She is a key advisor to senior leaders on all human capital strategies and sets the People and Communities (formally HR) agenda for the region. Before joining Cisco, Liz was a 20-year Electronic Data Systems/Hewlett Packard/DXC veteran. She is known as a result focused senior HR executive with significant expertise in leading large, progressive regional and global HR organizations. She is an accomplished leader specializing in high performing HR teams, business transformation, workforce optimization, operational excellence, and talent evolution. A proud East Coaster, Liz studied International Business at James Madison University. She is married to Chris and they have two children and live in Dallas, Texas.
