Lisa Meier

Director, Benefits Molina Healthcare

Lisa Meier, CCP, has over 25 years of total rewards experience supporting both domestic and international compensation and benefit design and strategy, program implementation and communication.  She is industry agnostic having spent time in Aerospace, Entertainment, Technology, Horticulture and now Healthcare.

As the Director of Benefits for Molina Healthcare, Inc., Lisa oversees all aspects of Molina’s employee health and welfare programs, including retirement, executive benefits, leaves of absence and their new well-being platform. 

Prior to joining Molina, Lisa was the Director of Total Rewards for Meggitt, a global Aerospace defense company.  Her experience includes directing global total rewards for Printronix, leading Broadcom’s global employee benefits, managing the compensation function for the Disneyland Resort and overseeing executive compensation for AlliedSignal Aerospace.
