As a Senior Program Director, Trisha specializes in assisting LUMA clients with the development of impactful human-centered design experiences. 

Prior to joining LUMA, Trisha spent over a decade in Human Capital consulting, specifically focused on supporting top organizations creating engaging and effective learning strategies.

 A Southern California native, Trisha now calls Washington, D.C. her home. Her passion for creativity extends beyond her work, with hobbies such as world travel, quilting, and attempting a wide variety of Pinterest challenges.
