Saurabh Jain is Head of HR for ABN AMRO based in Singapore and is responsible for driving HR strategy for the bank in APAC. He has worked in HR across various industries including automobiles, chemicals and banking.

He has extensive experience in human resources with interest in organisation design, driving change programmes, HR transformation, leadership development, and compensation and reward. He has worked in India, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and an MBA in Human Resources.
