Avery Banta

Avery is currently with the HR Group of Globe Telecom, where she looks after a team of HR Business Partners serving their technical groups and leads cross-functional teams working on critical initiatives impacting the entire organization.  She is also a part-time faculty at the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education teaching Diploma and Certification courses in Project Management.  Prior to joining Globe, she spent years growing as an HR and OD practitioner in DHL Express and Guthrie-Jensen Consultants.

Avery graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Mass Communication.  In addition to her degree in Masters in Business Administration, she is a certified in various practices such as Project Management Professional (PMP®), Scaled Agile Professional (SAFe®), Six Sigma Green Belt, and Change Management.
