Dr. Jaclyn Lee

Jaclyn manages Human Resources, Faculty Administration as well as Organisational Development in her current role as CHRO. She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources in various industries. and before joining SUTD, was the Senior Vice President of Group Human Resources in a large Temasek-linked Company. Jaclyn also has rich experience in managing large and diverse workforces, as well as HR projects in the Asia Pacific Region. In her prior role in NEC Corp, she was the Regional HR Director and HR Business Expert for the South Asia Region. She also worked in manufacturing plants such as General Motors and Olivetti managing employee relations and communications. She has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Information Systems from the University of Twente in the Netherlands, Master of Business from SMU, Master of HRM from Rutgers University and a BSc in Psychology from Brandon University in Canada.
