Marcela Mihanovich is the HR Regional GCB Director for Asia & EMEA, a position she’s held since October 2016. She leads and supports the Regional GCB management team by ensuring Citi’s Mission, Value Proposition and Leadership Standards are embedded and upheld to the highest standards.
She joined Citi in 2002 as part of a special Human Resources Management Associate program and has successfully transitioned from country to regional roles, holding key HR positions across Citi officers in Argentina, Brazil, the United States, Singapore and Malaysia lastly as Country Human Resources Officer.
Prior to joining Citi, Marcela held different
positions with a number of Argentinian multinational corporations. She has
since gained extensive experience in recruitment, succession planning, talent
management and leadership.
Marcela has a B.A in Human Resources Management at El Salvador University, Graduate Degree in Business Administration at Cavendish College in the UK, NLP Practitioner, Leadership Facilitator and Newfield Ontological Coach (certification 2019). Marcela is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. Outside the office, Marcela is an accomplished Triathlete.
