Dr. Susan P. Chen

Susan is the Global head of Talent and Leadership Development with the Gojek Group. Gojek is the first Indonesian technology unicorn and a one-stop consumer on-demand and payments platform that is changing lives through providing millions with opportunities for growth, financial inclusion and social mobility. Dr Chen spent last decade working with teams and leaders to develop talent strategies and interventions that build capabilities for sustainable growth across Gojek and its expanding global footprints.

Dr Chen have worked in broad range of companies, including a healthcare start-up in Indonesia, a fintech MNC in Singapore and a national energy company in Norway. Susan is a strong advocate for financial and educational inclusion, and has worked and lived in Taiwan, New Zealand, UK, Norway, Singapore and Indonesia. She received her PhD with a focus on knowledge management from the University of Stavanger, Norway, and is completing further education in the areas of educational and social psychology from the Massey University, New Zealand.
