Thanthawin Khuruangtrakul

Thanthawin is a dynamic human resource executive with over 15 years of key responsibility and progressive experience in strategic human resource management and strategic execution as well as customer experience management. His professional experiences include strategic talent management, strategic capabilities/ leadership development, employee experience design, organizational development and change management. He has proven his strengths to deliver organization success in creating Corporate Digital Academy, Agile for HR/ HR for Agile (Culture of Collaboration), and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.

At Kasikornbank, Thanthawin is currently the Strategic People Solutions Head. In this role, he is responsible for designing corporate HR strategy with the focus on Digital Transformation, which includes KBank Digital Academy, Digital Center of Excellence, Strategic Workforce Analytics, and Planning, HR Transformation and HR support for over 23,000 employees. In addition, he also serves as the co-leader in Human Resource Development Network in Thailand, which requires leading and managing a portfolio of many projects and shared service model with cross-functional participation and collaboration from over 50 HR experts from leading companies in Thailand.
