Weerapat currently serves as an Executive Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited in Thailand, utilising knowledge from his MBA course as well as years of experience in global People Strategies, Employee Engagement, and Organisation and People Development in various financial businesses.

He was involved in many regional projects across Asia in the HR field, such as Workforce Administration, Performance Management and Organisation Talent Review with many international companies. Moreover, he is a Certified Executive Coach certified by the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, USA and is also an executive coach for the Thailand market.
