1:45 PM Validating and Challenging Big Data Assumptions: Strategies for Integrating Qualitative Staff Experience Research into Your Analysis

While big data provide a great deal of opportunity for gleaning insights into your staff's experience, it's become easy to think quantitative data is the only valid kind of data there is, and to feel like you're "swimming in numbers.” By reviewing case studies at UNICEF and the former international recruitment company, Jobbatical, we will discover where carefully executed, unbiased qualitative research, along with systems analysis, made all the difference in uncovering critical insights into the staff and job candidate experiences of policies and hiring platforms.
