During the rocky economic times, organizations are in dire need of finding ways to cut costs while remaining profitable and achieving their organizational goals. However, most organizations cut training as a way to save money. While the continuous education within organizations may come to a halt, business schools are seeing an influx of attendance within their executive education program. The NYU Stern School of Business, along with additional business schools, has designed a new course geared toward executives on how to leverage leadership, implement change and create solutions to issues that arise because of the rapidly changing economic environment.
