I am an MBA (speclised in HR)(Calcutta University, India), a compensation planning professional, having more than 12 years of eperience in compensation plans and general HR in India and Middle East. In 2010 I am scheduled to migrate to Canada (Toronto). My First query is, what kind of further qualification in my field is necessary to add which will boost my employability in Canada? My second query is - should I start the qualification now or should start after reaching Canada?
