I am curious about the pay rate at my job. Its been alot of commotion going on about how much each of us gets paid after a new person was hired to the store. I am making exactly minimum wage while some people have little to no experience and is making more then me and others that have been there for a long time. What does this mean because I am really confused about this process? Thanks
