I am currently a dispatcher for Portland at a company and I transitioned the dispatching successfully almost 1 year ago. I have an excellent repore with my drivers. I was told on Friday that they want to move me from my current position since I have children and can only work 8-5. that there is a dispatcher who is being displaced and they want him to take my job because he can come in early in the mornings to answer phones. Can they do this do me? I have never had a bad performance evaluation.
