I am looking for information (on-line articles, periodicals, etc.) for a research paper that will cover issues and challenges of Public Schools and University HR departments. Any subject matter that addresses current day problems:
- competitive challenges
- keeping on top of new technology
- issues with hiring practises
- employee retention
- their day-to-day responsibilities, etc.,
and how the HR departments addressed them.
