i have a couple of questions regarding our companies new ovetime and late clock in rules. if we are a late by a minute we lose 6 mins(1/10 of an hour) which i have no problems with shoudlnt be late but if we work past our scheduled day we do not get
i have a couple of questions regarding our companies new ovetime and late clock in rules. if we are a late by a minute we lose 6 mins(1/10 of an hour) which i have no problems with shoudlnt be late but if we work past our scheduled day we do not get paid until we work 30 mins. is this legal to do?
