I liked your ideas about reinforcing definition of success and apprenticeship. I was thinking, of course the definition of success for an organisation is its vision. Question is can such (a) definition be broken down to individual success definitions? Otherwise we may end up with many successful employees but unsuccesful teams or organisation. Please explain if you have worked with team definition of success, and how individuals took it.
