I work at a hair salon and it was just announced that those who work there will now be required to get their hair cut at the salon. I remember Abercrombie and Fitch being involved in (and losing) a lawsuit requiring employees to wear A&F clothes

I work at a hair salon and it was just announced that those who work there will now be required to get their hair cut at the salon. I remember Abercrombie and Fitch being involved in (and losing) a lawsuit requiring employees to wear A&F clothes, however the lawsuit was in California and I am not sure if the same rules would apply in Idaho. Any help would be appreciated.
