I work for a small company (under 20 ppl). There has been some office gossip and negativity about recent changes in our company policies. The owner of this company wants to use our newly implemented "e;corrective action"e; form for each employee he can prove is "e;gossiping"e;.
My question is: Do I need to have a private conversation with each individual or can we have a team meeting for the 1st step with the "e;corrective action"e;?
