I work in a hospital where i am required to call on nights and weekends for emergencies. I'm the only one in the hospital who can scan pediatrics. Is it fair for me to have to take call for both adults and pediatrics on separate weekends? Should I have to take call 2 weekends a month, when everyone else only works 1 weekend? Can my boss force me to take extra call?
