I worked for a company for 3 years and 2 months. I was full time made $11.50 an hour and earned 3 weeks paid vacation. The company is paying me un- employment. They asked me to come back but only for $9.00 an hour for 2 days a week and my vacation would have to start all over. I make more on un- employment and am barely able to pay my bills. It's only been 60 days and I was wondering if it was legal for them to do that?
