Can someone explain to me how compensatory time off relates to holiday hours? If a salaried employee is allowed comp time off for any hours over 8 hours/workday, but there is a 2 week payperiod with 2 holidays, do they get comp hours for anything over the 64 hours of the actual workdays? Or do they only get comp hours for anything over 80 hours?
