Many HR professionals are currently unemployed. Their job search efforts typically involve doing all the right things - yet response rates remain low. While the economy certainly plays a role, I do not believe this is the only factor. This begs two questions: How can HR make the job search process less daunting? Is it time to re-think our search and selection approaches?
