We have an employee who hurt himself, suffered a hernia, but it was not job related. His injury appears to be affecting his work performance, however. He is a roofer. He has a note from a physician clearing him for all duty. Our fear is that the physical demands of his job will cause the injury to worsen, and we will then be liable for a worker's comp claim.
