We have recently hired a new HR Manager to take some of the duties from me (I work as a Personal Assistant to Owner and head up a lot of the Operations tasks including Payroll, some HR, etc.) She interviewed well but once inside, she now shows a lack of social skills and &quote;confidentiality&quote; issues. Am I able to contact her previous employer to inquire as to why she was let go? Linda Sinclair
