Hello Dr. Cohen, I enjoyed this article on why leadership is a marketing job. It makes a lot of sense. Which book by Xenophon is the one referred to by Drucker? I found a list of Xenophon's literary works, but could not find any on leadership that had been translated. I did find a military treatise that I thought might be it. Have you found it and read it?
