If I gave my 2 weeks and asked for my 3 weeks vacation...so my last day would have been in the middle of Feb. I am in pharma sales...they came back and said my last day would Jan 25th and I would not get any vacation pay. However, they have not checked my out as of today..Jan 27. My company phone still works and computer, I still have my company car and gas card. I am being checked out next Tuesday Feb 1st. My question is....legally, is my last day the day they check me out?
