if ive done a job for 3 years am I the post holder?
Is it legal/illegal for me to write my own jd based on the roles I have done if I am not the post holder?
If I have written that job description can it then be advertised as a post?
If I am the post holder can the jd be changed without my consent?
If it was singed off by management to say it was an agreed post – can they then change it and the qualifications required to suit them and their budget?
