Hi my name is Susan I was recently laid off from my employer and I have requested for a former letter from my employer for a letter stated when I was laid off, the date and the reason. From the the 1st day I have call and spoke to my director,manger and the HR. The have hesitated and not have gave me any responded back. I needed the letter to go back to school. The have inform me the school have to call a request for the letter. I have call the school to request the letter I felt they do not want to give me the letter i tried everything. What should I do. I looking into attorney for help...is there any other way this can be resolve before i look into attorney? Thank you'
