Employee hired. First day late for training. Did not complete and hand in personnel file paperwork. 2nd day, late for work, "e;forgot"e; paperwork at home. Was let go two hours into shift, for tardiness. Next day she comes in asking to work, was refused, and she handed in paperwork filled out. Are we obligated to pay for the 9 hours she was training?
